Les Foulées de Tourc’h
6 QFL ont fait ce déplacement campagnard à la découverte de la nouvelle formule concoctée pat Mickaël Diamant et son équipe. Une boucle de 5km à couvrir 2 fois avec 2 bosses et un passage en sous bois; on n’est pas vraiment dans la course sur route… heureusement qu’il ne pleuvait pas !! Pas trop de coureurs, un peloton d’environ 190 âmes pour faire ce petit tour bucolique.
La victoire est revenue à Erwan Bargain du CAB, souvent placé mais très rarement vainqueur ( sa dernière 1ère place remonte à l’Ile de Batz il y a 5 ans ). C’est bien que de temps en temps, ce soit des gars comme lui qui montent sur la plus haute marche du podium. Pour le reste le classement publié est complètement faux ( un bug informatique a perturbé la sortie des résultats )… Jean François Stervinou 17ème doit être au firmament ce soir !!
Chez les QFL, à noter la belle place de Stéphane GUEGUEN 12e . ensuite on a dans l’ordre Gaëtan Hascoët, Nicolas Le Goc, Sandrine Vincent, Gérard PERON et Rodolphe Helias. Ne pas tenir compte des chronos affichés, il convient d’enlever de 2 à 3mn…
L’Aber-BenoîTrail
2 QFL avaient pris la direction du Nord Finistère pour cet Aber-BenoîTrail, sixième du nom, Michel Bleas et Christophe Donnard se sont alignés tous les 2 sur le 22km. Nous attendons leurs impressions, voici le classement :

Trail de Trevarez – dimanche 12 févrvier
10ème édition de ce trail devenu un classique incontournable, pour la découverte inattendue du fameux château de Trevarez et de son parc. Il faisait également très froid ce matin à Pen Ar Pont où était donné les départs.le parcours s’est avéré très roulant ( trop diront certains ). la sécheresse de cet hiver et les gelées matinales y contribuent certainement. 13 QFL entre les 2 distances et une nouvelle victoire chez les féminines pour Carole Chiquet, sur la longue distance. Bravo à tous.

« Belle course nature,avec un départ et un tour du circuit cross pour commencer.
Alternance entre chemins larges et bords de côtes.Un beau jeu de hanches(slalom) à plusieurs endroits.
Un ravitaillement maison à l’arrivée(waouh…………….le cab!!!!!)Un sac en toile + une gourde en cadeau. »
